Positive: We rented the space for two days to celebrate birthdays of our children. The hosts are kind and reasonable people who did everything they could to make our stay and birthday celebration as pleasant as possible. They allowed us to bring the cakes and drinks a day before the birthday and leave them in their refrigerator. What we especially want to praise are: - Florencia (Flo) and Igor are very kind and accommodating hosts! - Spacious grassland parking below the property, accessible directly from the main road (it can accommodate at least 15 cars) - Impeccable cleanliness, from the kitchen to the bathroom - Well-equipped kitchen that has everything you could wish for and imagine - Two refrigerators (one large with a freezer + one smaller) - Large wooden table with benches, with a capacity of 18-20 people, located in the natural shade of a chestnut tree, with an additional sun umbrella - Small sandpit for younger children - Table football, which provided lots of fun for the kids - Large and well-maintained lawns where children can run and have fun
Negative: The water is provided by an electrical pump which is shared with the neighboring houses. There are restrictions on how often and how long you can use the water, which are indeed clearly provided in the house rules, however, we didn't see them. When we wanted to fill-in the inflatable pool for the kids (which takes forever, because water pressure is very weak), neighbors called our hosts and complained, so our hosts called us by phone and kindly asked to turn off the water immediately because we could damage electrical water pump (?) - Single bed in the children's room is not very comfortable and squeaks a lot (VERY annoying!) - Pillows in the kids' room could be better quality
