Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A realy good price-quality ratio. Affordable private room with shared kitchen/wc - but it can happed to you as it did to me, to be alone almost all the time. Host are pleasant, kind and willing to help even limited English. Metro/bus stops near by. Also some markets, caffees. Big park is 5miny walk.

Negative: There is not AC but when I was there it was not needed. Nor sure for the summer months.
