Located in Leça da Palmeira, 300m from the Equestrian Center of Porto and Matosinhos and at 2km from the beach, the marina, and sailing clubs.
Also next to Quinta da Conceição and the Museum of Quinta de Santiago, ideal for walking, exercise, going to the swimming pool of architect Siza Vieira or playing tennis in the pavilion of architect Fernando Távora.
The location is very easy to get around by car because it is near the highway that connects to Porto (4km away) and the Airport (5km away.
It is 1km from the nearest supermarket, MAR Shopping and IKEA.
This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.
