Travel Purpose: business

Positive: There was no possibility for a breakfast at the hotel, but the room had good facilities for "self service", a kitchen. Sleeping comfort was good, an excellent Italian restaurant was found within the next block and finally Bus 760 offered direct connection from the Congress/Messe, to the Hotel door, for a fraction of the Taxi price. But there was also a Taxi stand within 20 meters of the Hotel. So, I might be back in another year.

Negative: The concept for the hotel is that access to the hotel is managed by codes that are mailed to the visitor. There is no personnel at place. Codes are sent by E-mail. In one E-mail there were 2 codes, one which is mentioned together with the room number and location. That code opens the front door to the hotel, but unfortunately not the hotel room. Neither the other code, that had more digits and also was defined as a "key code". Luckily there is a phone number where support can be given and after a call that resulted in a series of trials, with different key code numbers, there was finally a correct number found and access to the room was given. Should mention that both codes then indeed worked for the two nights I was there. But it would have been appreciated if there had been the correct numbers from the beginning.
