This ground level 2 bedroom condo unit is located at Clearwater Condo (building 708) at the 8.5 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from 2 sets of sliding glass doors from inside the condo or out on the screened-in patio. There are 2 bedrooms in the condo. Master bedroom has a King size bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen in addition to an optional single mattress murphy bed if needed. Both bedrooms and the living room have flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. The master suite has a large bathroom with a tub & shower, double sinks. Open the blinds to a wall of glass and beautiful view of the lake or open the slider and venture out on to the screened-in patio. The second bedroom has a shared bathroom with a shower.
Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an adequate amount of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. to get your vacation started. There is also a washer and dryer to freshen up linens for the longer stays. Wireless internet, cable, and a gas grill is included during your stay. Feel free to bring your own Apple TV, Roku, or Firestick.
The complex has nine separate boat docks. Included (no extra charge) is a 12x32’ slip and a short walk to H Dock. A 14'x36' slip is also available for an additional fee. Fishing off the docks can be very good at times. The complex was previously a mom and pop fishing resort years ago. One of the few no-charge public boat launches on the lake is 1/2 mile away by water.
