This is a Spacious 2 bedroom 2 full bath fully renovated condo in a small 12 unit complex. This corner unit is on the ground level and has a private boat dock and lift with sailboat access to the Gulf. The condo is 1300 sq and features a large main bedroom, with a flat screen TV, a private bath with a double vanity and walk in closet. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen and large island. The condo comes with a 60 inch Smart TV, Cable and Free WIFI. Washer and dryer are located in the unit. You can sit on your lanai, fish off the dock or enjoy the community pool. You have beautiful water views from your lanai, living room and master bedroom. You are steps from your own private boat dock and 10,000 lb lift. The community pool is a great meeting place for both full time and part time residents. Bring your boat and you are minutes to the Gulf.
Cape Coral has great dining, shopping and live entertainment. The condo is located south of Ft. Myers, home of spring training for the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins, as well as Manatee Park, Fort Myers’ Beach and Fleamasters Flea Market. We are a short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Islands both have spectacular public beaches that are great for shelling! Pine Island, the Fishing Port of Matlacha, Naples, and Bonita Springs are all minutes away. Just 20 miles from Ft. Myers Southwest International Airport. You can keep yourself busy with, deep sea fishing, boating, water sports, shelling or shopping.
