1 Bedroom Apartment with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner
A quiet, recently renovated modern apartment in the centrally located Greek neighborhood of Varna, right at the entrance of the Sea Garden, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. This apartment is ideally suited for small families, couples and business travelers. Shops, restaurants and the beach all in close proximity to this charming apartment.
The apartment has 2 rooms. It is equipped with REALLY fast WiFi, everything is brand new- the bathroom, the kitchen (+appliances) and the furniture. Each room has smoking detectors and can be closed to allow privacy. It is on the first floor (not ground floor) so you wouldn't have to carry heavy luggage for more than 5-10 steps and all windows have iron bars for extra security and child safety. the apartment is in a very central location, but it faces a quiet private street. Also, in the summer season we supply 2 beach towels & a beach umbrella :)
The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new semi-hard mattress, 43'' smart TV with Netflix and 300 cable channels, an open wardrobe to keep your clothes fresh, a working station, a chest with extra pillows and blankets, AC and ceiling fan, a huge window with mosquito protective nets. The nightstands can be used for extra sitting space. An arm chair and a floor lamp for some intimate warm light. This room is perfect for working people on the go, couples and families with a baby, because it has enough space for a crib. Yes, we provide baby amenities: crib&sheets, chair, tub as in the pictures.
The kitchen has an extendable sofa that opens into a comfortable bed, an extendable dining table that can fit 6 people and 2 foldable chairs. The kitchen comes with a fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, laundry machine, iron board&iron, pots, pans and other kitchen appliances. It has a ceiling fan and again a huge window with protective mosquito net. This room has a closet that we, the hosts, use for storage. It is also a bit smaller than the bedroom, so it might not be comfortable for 2 adults, but it can work great for one adult or up to 2 kids.
The bathroom is brand new, not huge, but has everything you need, hot water, shampoo, soaps, towels, hair drier, first aid kit and a brand new ventilation fan to keep the air fresh.
The hallway has a shelf where you can comfortably place your keys, purse and charge your phone. It also has picture frame with the WiFi details, in case you forgot to write them down and an automatic light sensor, so you don't have to stumble in the dark looking for the light switch, when you enter for the first time. There is also has a shoe bench, a coat hanger and a mirror.
We planned the apartment with the guests comfort in mind. We would do our absolute best to make your stay as good as can be.
