You have a short 5-minute walk to the beach, accessed by the private beach walk at the end of the street! It is less than a 10-minute walk to the restaurants for dinner, playground, splash pad, or basketball and pickle ball courts under the lights for exercise!
With this RARE Sunday to Sunday rental, you will enjoy the empty beach on Saturday and avoid ALL the traffic coming and going off the island!
After playing all day in the sun, come rinse off in the private outdoor shower before making your way upstairs where there is plenty of space to spread out and relax! There is a separate living room, an office, and a den each with couches and TVs to each have their own space to watch their favorite show, work from home, or read their favorite book!
