Recently remodeled 3 Bedroom plus Den, 2.5 Baths. Large great room with open ceilings. Kitchen with breakfast nook and pass through to the formal dining and main living area.
First floor: Kitchen, Main living room, master bedroom and master bath and den. Screened Lanai separated by large sliders. Master bedroom features a king bed and access door to the screened lanai. Master bath with dual sinks and walk in shower with rain head.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms (One with queen bed and one with two twins) with shared bathroom.
The unit is L-5 which is very convenient. Tiled screened in lanai with lake views facing west to enjoy the sun all day long during the winter! This unit is a short 3 minute walk to the pool! The community fitness center and tennis courts are right across the street!
The Avalon community includes two heated swimming pools (one screened and one open), a modern barbeque area, hot tub, and a large outdoor social area. Avalon is conveniently located to the Beach Tram to the Beach & the Beach Clubs, Mercato Shopping Center. Pelican Bay amenities include tram service to the beach, beach chair & umbrellas set-up service, and two private restaurants on the beach, a tennis facility, kayaks, sailing boats (fee), canoes, a new State-of-the Art exercise facility. There are 3 bikes provided for your use to cycle to the beach, the local shopping center or along miles of Pelican Bay trails.
