Just a stone's throw from Grand Coquina is the Dunlawton Bridge featuring all the shops and restaurants on and near Dunlawton Avenue. Directly across from Grand Coquina is High Tides Restaurant and a convenience store. Local surf shops, Mini-Golf, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.
The moment you enter this 15th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter into the open floorplan to be greeted by a family room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
