Positive: The reception/staff's uniform/interiors/pool area/entrance welcome zone/housekeeping a room itself and literally everything are just beautiful and as if it's new or recently opened hotel❤️ P.S. but the are several moments giving me a feeling as I'm not having a rest but I'm a prisoners in these beautiful premises (kindly read below the negative moments)
Negative: *Checking in:* * the lady at reception was trying to convince me that she has to charge overall € 172 due to my reservation for 3 nights is paid for 1 person only and not two * after easy fuss and fight at the reception it was agreed that I pay only € 30 per each night my wife stays (a fee excluding tax) * no where around the globe I faced a fee while checking when you pay extra if you stay not one but two people in a room The night after checking in: * 1 AM a phone ringing at the reception or the door bell from downstairs a few minutes non stop and woke me and my wife up due to no reception or any staff is available after 6-8 PM till early morning * 2 AM in an hour exactly in the middle of the night (the night Monday to Tuesday) a few cars with screaming crowd/kids came and started a party running music fully blast load at least by 3 AM in the morning with shouting girls like it's new year's party on December first to second. The next day after the beach: * the manager himself stopped me at the stairs up to the room trying to make sure nobody stays in the room by asking the question: - "Are the two more extra people in my room now?" - I had to reply - No! * This kind of welcome in a really beautiful hotel makes me stunned and feel like I'm a criminal and no friends allowed to visit you inside the premises! * Come on guys, I paid EUR 600 for a weekend in you lovely hotel. Aren't you supposed to treat your guests with more welcome, pardon?
