Tucked away in one of the most picturesque corners of the North Fork, this impeccably built 7 years young Nantucket-inspired gem has everything you need for a serene summer getaway. Just 0.2 miles (about 3 minutes- no car needed) from Iron Pier Beach and a short drive to the best of the North Fork's renowned vineyards, farm stands, local shops, scenic trails, and fantastic dining.
Serene neighborhood, with ample parking in the front of the home. About 90 mins from NYC. Close to Mattituck, Riverhead, Southold, and Greenport/Orient ferries.
This home features 10 ft. ceilings and high-end finishes throughout, with stunning views day and night.
*The First Floor*
Enter through a foyer with a dramatic 20-ft ceiling into a breathtaking Great Room designed for gathering, featuring a wall of windows and sliders opening to a huge covered terrace overlooking the Long Island Sound. There's space for everyone around a large dining table, plus cozy seating with a big-screen TV, a booming Sonos sound system, and a gourmet kitchen with a huge island. Up the grand staircase from the foyer are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, each with their own unique feel: The Sound View Primary Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and sliding doors opening to a private balcony; a huge marble ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and jacuzzi tub overlooking the Sound.
