Sit inside one of the 2 Florida rooms or outside on the open deck and enjoy the sailboats gliding across the miles of water in front of this house or watch the power boaters with skiers in tow, all from the comfort of this immaculate, beautifully appointed, spacious lakeside home. There is a view from every room of the house.
The master bedroom is massive and offers a beautiful, newly remodeled bathroom with tile shower.
Laundry with washer/dryer and 2 car garage are just off the master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms on the main level, 1 with king bed and the other w/a set of bunk beds. There's also a guest bathroom on the main level with new tile shower that has a grab bar.
There are multiple rooms for gathering, a living room with desk and computer, as well as 2 sun rooms on the main level AND a family room upstairs with foosball table. There are also 2 extra bedrooms and a flex room on the upper level and bathroom with tub/shower combo.

MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORES is a lovely development with many year-round homes, it features a private boat ramp area where you may park your boat trailer for the duration of your stay. It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake. The land was originally owned by the Appalachian Power Company (which owns the lake) and a group of 10 investors from Bedford bought the land from the Power Company in the late 1970's and developed the subdivision comprised of over 400 lots, offering the land for sale one section per year, selling out in 4 years.
