License Term and Conditions Clause
Term of License: The license granted herein shall commence on the date of execution of this Agreement and shall continue for a period of ten (10) months, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.
Availability, and Conditions: The license is subject to applicable availability, and other terms and conditions as may be determined by the Licensor from time to time. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees to comply with all such terms and conditions as may be communicated by the Licensor.
Termination: The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at its sole discretion, with or without cause, upon providing written notice to the Licensee. Upon termination, the Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the licensed property and return any materials or documentation provided by the Licensor.

Any fees that are received are exclusively used to facilitate the issuance of a license. Licensee shall not change their ID or mailing address to this property. The person that is making a reservation obtains a license to stay at the property as a non paying social guest. No rental agreement is entered by making a reservation. No fee is received for the issuance of the license. Consideration for the issuance of the license is intangible and is solely the satisfaction of hosting social guests at the property. No guest shall reside at the property and shall not make the home their residence. The home is subject to a strict no noise policy after 10pm. Exterior noise emanating from within dwelling or other improvements including without limitation, talking, singing, television, radio, cell phone, speaker, shall be maintained at such a volume that the noise is not audible beyond the boundaries of the Lot or Building Plot from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Summary: The home was perfect for our large family vacation. It was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. There are 8 nice size bedrooms. 5 of them were very spacious. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Beautiful scenery! Gene was attentive from booking through the stay.
