Overlooking the slopes of Park City Utah and its beautiful Swaner Preserve you will discover the delectable Paradise Preserve, a stunning, spacious, and bright, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode that sleeps 9 comfortably and boasts some incredible features, one of them being, stunning views of Swaner Preserve and the Wasatch Mountains.
As you enter the home you immediately notice the large open plan space with its wood dining table, large TV, and big comfy couch AND a life size basketball game! In the corner there is a sufficiently equipped kitchen perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes.
Just when you think it can’t get better you find one of Paradise Preserve’s most amazing features, a massive mudroom, washer, dryer and gear storage area, big enough for the whole crew’s equipment and more! In the garage just off the mudroom there is a gym area with weights and an exercise bicycle with a large Smart TV.
Back inside, the master bedroom just off the kitchen, has a queen bed and ensuite with walk-in shower. Just down the hall you will find a second large full bathroom with twin sinks and shower/tub combo. The guest room features a queen bed and, in the bunkroom, there are 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds and a twin.
If you feel like catching some fresh air, Paradise Preserve has got you with its covered barbeque and dining area featuring a propane fire pit with comfy seating. Or relax in the hot tub with a stunning view of the slopes! A perfect setting for watching the sun set over the Wasatch Mountains while sipping on your favorite beverage and munching charcuterie. Après-Ski doesn’t get better than this!
There is space for 3 to 4 cars in the driveway, so parking is not a problem. And if you want to grab a bus, please note that ALL Park City Transit is completely FREE! With High Valley Transit Micro, you can hail a FREE minivan that will take you to the Kimball Jct. Transit Center where you can jump on a free bus to any of the 3 ski resort, Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. All Concierge information will be available upon check-in.
Paradise Preserve is located on the bottom floor of a stunning house overlooking Swaner Preserve, providing guests with all the privacy, space, and amenities they desire, not to mention, the views! Although the owner of the home lives on the top floor with his well-behaved dogs, he is dedicated to our guest’s privacy and ask guests not to bring any animals.
