Lodge 52 sits on more than five private acres in Lake fork, within 10 miles of the charming communities of McCall and Donnelly. In winter, fabulous ski grounds like Tamarack Resort, Brundage Mountain, and Ponderosa State Park are all within 15 miles! You also have RV parking for those with motor homes, with electricity available for $25 per night.
The three-story log cabin is warm and inviting with a gas fireplace, rustic accents, and plenty of space to stretch your legs. River rock floors, exposed beams, and modern amenities make this lodge more glamorous than primitive.
The main level contains the full kitchen, open layout to the living room, dining room, and reading nook. Curl up by the fire or look for wildlife outside the large picture windows, or get closer with a soak in the hot tub on the back deck that overlooks the private pond and spacious yard. Free WiFi is available throughout. This level has a full bathroom and a second prep room just off the fully-stocked kitchen - great for those big family dinners. You even have two dining tables to serve guests during a holiday feast!
The top level of the house has the open master bedroom with a private balcony and bathroom. The balcony is romantic, overlooking the entire property and has a bistro table just for two! One additional bedroom and a bath are located in the shared loft. Lofted bed is accessible by ladder only.
The basement has an additional private bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the shared living space, full bathroom, and a game room. This entertainment den is cozy with sectional seating for the whole family! The space was designed for hosting with a mini bar, pool table, card table, and large screen TV. Host a weekend pool tournament, or entertain visitors thanks to cable TV and a DVD player. You can even unplug thanks to a library of books and boardgames!
In total, this McCall vacation home offers four full baths and three bedrooms plus a loft to comfortably sleep 12 guests. Sleeping options including one king bed, two queen beds, one full floor mattress in the loft area and two twin over twin bunk beds. Convenience amenities like washer and dyer will make guests feel right at home.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
