This magnificent villa consists of two floors, or two separate apartments. Both apartments consist of a cozy living area with a modern kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living area on the second floor faces the sea and offers a wonderful panoramic view. From here you have direct access to the outdoor terrace with a lounge area, ideal for enjoying quiet, warm summer nights with a drink or two. The property is completely fenced, surrounded by a forest and therefore offers a lot of privacy.
