This location allows guests to step out of a private mountain home into eight acres of alpine forest, with a short walk to a national forest. This vacation spot offers the best of all worlds; a comfortable home base for relaxing, exploring, and sightseeing, with the conveniences of home; a forest playground; plus the amenities from nearby cities.
This home is equipped with satellite TV both upstairs and downstairs. The two big screen TVs and DVD players are great for watching movies. Visitors will also enjoy the high-speed wireless internet access and the unlimited phone service for both local and long distance calls.

There are many things to do year round in the Pikes Peak Region in addition to fishing, hunting, hiking, rafting, and skiing. The changing of the Aspen leaves in September is breath-taking. Summer time in the Rockies is unmatched, with average temperatures of 70 degrees, the Aspens in full bloom, and a sprinkling of wildflowers.
