Condo is decorated with beautiful canvases and pictures from all over the island taken by him. 5 min walk to marinas and 5 min drive to 7seas beach and bio-bay excursions. Close to ferry transport to Culebra and Vieques. 20 min drive to El Yunque National rainforest. Property has swimming pool, Jaccuzzi, tennis and basketball courts. There is a Washer/Dryer. Summary: Very nice place! Stayed for 7 days with my friend and their kids. Rental was clean and as described. Location was right on the marina, not ideal for swimming. Overall, it was as described and a quick drive to beaches and dining. Be aware the power and water go out occasionally. That happened twice while we were there. It wasn’t for very long, but we had to use our phones for light as there were no backup lanterns or candles in the unit. The complex does have a backup generator, it takes a while to turn on. Previously mentioned dryer issues still persist. We dryed our clothes outside in front of the main AC and it worked faster than the dryer. We would not recommend dining at El Cayo or Rest. Pasion. The smell from the marina is very strong. Sal and Pimienta was amazing. Be careful when ordering, some of the portions were enough for 2 people. Overall, was a clean, safe, comfortable stay. You will need a car to get around. There isn’t much close by that is walking distance. Steve was readily available for all questions and concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Playa Azul is amazing beach with waves. El Yunque was absolutely breathtaking. We drove to Poncé one day and the views of the mountains rival Hawaii. If you plan to visit San Juan, go early. Parking is scarce. We loved the island and will be back for more 😁
