Both are just a five minute drive down Duck Road.
This coastal farmhouse retreat has been newly furnished, decorated and updated in 2023. The interior design offers the perfect sense of seaside style as you hit pause from daily life and unwind in comfort.
Upon entering Goodnight Dune, you're greeted with an open floor plan. The upper deck is furnished with rocking chairs, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, a cup of morning coffee, or an evening beverage after a long day in the sun.
A wooden walkway on the lower level leads to the large private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee.) and hot tub, allowing you to enjoy refreshing swims even in the spring and fall months, and offering comfort and the chance to stargaze under the beautiful Outer Banks night sky. Goodnight Dune is more than just a place to stay. With its comfort, charm, amenities and an easy walk to the beach, it will provide an Outer Banks vacation that you'll be sure to cherish in the years to come.
Beach Access: Head out of the driveway onto E. Dogwood Trail. Safely cross Route 12 at the streetlight cross walk and head east to the access at the end of the street.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
