Summary: Overall, the property was nice and as represented. The only real issue was the master bedroom bed frame. It was "unstable" enough that even if you just leaned against it, there was a very loud creaking sound (enough to wake). I am not a large person but it was loud any time I moved in the bed - perhaps it needs to be tightened.
