Designed by the architect Oluf Albrechtson, "Glen Warren" was built for J.J. Warren, one of Canada's leading financiers as a summer home, and has remained in the family. Located four miles north of Barrie, conveniently within the Toronto nexus. Huge lawns and gardens, maintained by groundskeeper. Perfect for volleyball, croquet, badminton, soccer, football and other lawn sports. Horseshoe pits, fire pit, tree fort, fishing...it has it all.

The property has 230 feet of prime Lake Simcoe waterfront, with a 48 foot by 8 foot dock shore dock, dock extensions and a floating raft as well as two anchor systems, one of which is designed to secure vessels up to 60 feet.
