Private enclosed land of approximately 50 m2. Unfenced land of 2500 m2 shared by 4 gîtes (swing, ping-pong). Terrace. Garden Lounge. Barbecue. Sun bathing. Non-private parking 10 meters away. A heated swimming pool shared with the other gîtes, measuring 4mx10m, depth 1.5m, salt, secured by a cover open from the beginning of April to the end of October.
