In a quiet area, the Donjon cottage, 160m², overlooks the closed and secured courtyard with trees by an electric gate.
It adjoins the owners' house.
On the ground floor, a large living room has a lounge with a wood stove and a sofa bed. The lounge opens onto the equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Shower room with shower and toilet (accessible to people with reduced mobility).
Upstairs, you will enjoy 5 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 140x190 bed, the second bedroom has two 90x200 beds, the third has 3 90x200 beds, the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two 90x200 beds.
Two shower rooms are located on the 1st floor with shower. Separate toilets. Washer-dryer.
You can park your car in the enclosed courtyard. Non-smoking cottage. In the Chevreuse Valley Natural Park, the cottage is located at the foot of the Maurepas Keep, a listed historical monument dating from the 11th century. The cottage is located in the old village, at the foot of the Tower, not far from the Courance basin.
