Ginger's Paradise is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, canal front home. Accommodations for a maximum of 6 people. Perfectly situated on a fenced in lot to accommodate parking for multiple vehicles, boats, or RVs. Enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee on the back balcony overlooking the canal or end the day with sunset views over the island. Stepping into the home you are welcomed with a stunning remodeled kitchen and living space that is separated by a large quartz breakfast bar. Down stairs you have access to the beverage fridge, ice maker, bait freezer, grill and smoker. Located in a nice neighborhood on Cudjoe Key within walking distance to the Square Grouper Bar and Grill. Conveniently located 22 miles West of Key West and 29 miles East of Marathon over the Seven Mile Bridge.
Boat Lift is available for use of boats up to 24'. Must provide copies of insurance and registration along with photos of your boat, an additional fee of $500 per month will be collected at time of booking. Must have Property Manager Final Approval.
This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 small dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of non-refundable fee pet of $150 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Property Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Property Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Property Manager for the reservation to be confirmed. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added when paying with a credit card.
