Classic Spanish Style home, conveniently located in the City of Gilbert. Close to fabulous restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking. In the well designed community there are parks and walking paths to enjoy. The house is beautiful and cozy! The back yard is extremely relaxing with a heated pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ area. Sit back under the gazebo and chill by the fire pit. You will love the heated pool and hot tub year round. There is a separate family room upstairs with games and a smart TV. A wonderful place for the kiddos. All the beds are comfortable with Egyptian cotton sheets. This home has 5 bedrooms, three and a half baths and a casita with an additional full bathroom.
