Centrally located to both Joshua Tree and Pioneertown - with a spacious hot tub, chiminea, and outdoor covered dining - Camp Geronimo is the perfect desert getaway to relax and unwind.

Luxuriate in this sophisticated, open-concept desert cabin, 20 minutes to Joshua Tree! Meticulously designed, Geronimo is a one-bed, two-bath homestead that boasts 400 square feet of midcentury splendor. Yes, TWO lavatories, although one is a primitive, unusable, and 100-year-old outhouse.
Sojourn to Geronimo and enjoy the serene desert in comfort and style. Welcome the day with the rousing aroma of coffee and fare it well with an indulgent glass of wine. Coffee, tea, personal soaps, and more provided for your enjoyment.
Geronimo is located on 2.5 acres of raw desert freckled by native Joshua Trees and cacti; perfect for a sunrise walk or a sunset saunter.
The spacious alfresco lounge area is fit with an expansive jacuzzi, dining area, daybed, and a chiminea that wed to create a warm and convivial sanctum. Geronimo also comes equipped with a sundry of outdoor games including horseshoes, cornhole, and Jumbo Jenga for your downtime amusement.
Many come to Joshua Tree to experience the quintessence of desert beauty, but the thoughtful and considered hospitality Geronimo provides will have you saying, “Josh who?” in no time!
Geronimo sits 1/2 mile off of Old Woman Springs Road (Highway 247). The dirt roads are well maintained and you can access the property with a compact car.
IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our hot tub facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
• Standard mode required for the spa temp to increase.
• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
• Please do not turn off or manipulate the Hot tub settings in anyway, it must remain on and heating to the set temp for you and following guests to be able to enjoy as it can take up to 48 Hours to effectively heat.
• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.
• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub.
• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please heat with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub
• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is also for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.
• When done, please turn off the jets and replace the cover. This helps keep the water hot.
Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub to its optimal condition.

SPA SERVICE takes place once a week. They will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually, guests don’t even notice, but just a heads up in case you see them servicing the hot tub.
