Hier geht´s um ein sehr lebenswertes Dorf direkt vor Freiburg: Gundelfingen, knapp 11.000 Einwohner, trotz allen Dorfcharakters mit bestem Anschluss an die Stadt Freiburg, noch im Straßenbahnendhaltenstellenbereich, 6 Kilometer entfernt vom Freiburger Münsterplatz und in nur 8 Minuten vom Bahnhof Gundelfingen zum Hbf Freiburg! Mehr dazu hier: www.gundelfingen.de Und genau hier vermieten wir mit moderatem "Familienanschluss" (man muss durch unseren Hausflur durch) eine schnucklige Nichtraucher-Dachwohnung mit 1,5 Zimmer, K��che, Bad. Die Wohnung hat rund 50 qm mit eigener Küche und eigenem Bad. Und ja, sie hat, wie bei Dachwohnungen so üblich: Dachschrägen, das merkt man spätestens beim Duschen. Und ja, im Sommer ist es recht warm. Und ja, ist nah an der Bahnlinie, die Züge hört man also. Muss man all das mögen oder eben nicht. Sie finden uns genau am nördlichen Rand von Freiburg, in der ersten Straße in Gundelfingen, fußläufig zur Straßenbahnendhaltestelle, in der Nähe des Obermatten-Schwimmbads, nur einen knappen Kilometer ins Dorfzentrum und knapp anderthalb Kilometer zum Bahnhof Gundelfingen (halbstündlicher Anschluss an Freiburg, in 8 Minuten ist man in FR-Downtown).
