Summary: I chose the element for its good price and good location, it was quite a nice hotel, the entrance towards the reception is beautiful there's a lift to the rooms and overall not so bad. However being summer in Paris the room was super hot in temperature with no chance for air to blow in, the Air Conditioning / Climate control was broken and we were told that it would be looked at but was never sorted we spent 3 nights struggling to sleep and be in comfort. And the water from the taps at the coldest was still lukewarm....
