You are within walking distance of community amenities that include two parks, a summer splash pad, community access to the rail trail, or a short bike ride to Round Valley for mountain bike trails. You will be just five miles to the vibrant Kimball Junction area, where you'll find numerous restaurants, shopping and more. It is also 7.5 miles to Park City's Historic Main Street and within a 15-minute drive to the area resorts.
This new home offers three levels within 3,950 square feet, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a family/game room, a loft, and all the space needed to accommodate up to 14 guests.
You will enter the home through garage and will step into the convenient mud room, then into the main level great room offering a living room, kitchen and dining area. This space room is open and bright with high ceilings.
Living Room: Features a large leather sectional sofa, 65” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace.
Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop and double ovens, a refrigerator with water and ice on the door, a large center island with seating for six, and a sizable walk-in pantry.
Dining Room: The dining area has a table with bench and chair seating for 10.
