Although the lake has been lowered for repairs of the dam, the property is located on one of the deepest parts of Lake McQueeney. This home away from home offers splendid views of the water, and a stairway and deck have been built for convenient access to the water. Those that want to waterski or learn to waterski, wakeboard, and/or kneeboard can contact and visit a local water ski school, NL Ski. This retreat also enjoys a prime location, making it a great hub for your activities. Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns, Natural Bridge Safari Parks, Bandit Golf Course, Landa Park in New Braunfels, and Starke Park in Seguin are some of the must-visit attractions. Tubing the Guadalupe or Comal Rivers and shopping in historic Gruene, Texas or the Outlet Malls in San Marcos are just a few of the nearby fun attractions.
The home offers a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare delicious homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the major appliances needed to channel your inner chef.
