Its 180m² distributed on 3 levels, its garden with a large sunny terrace as well as a heated swimming pool.
A real haven of peace, it is in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches and the town center, and has a private car parking.
The villa consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall with a magnificent spiral staircase and its original stained glass windows, a toilet, 4 spacious and bright living rooms (large living room with television, library with piano, dining room, office with large functional fireplace), all elegantly decorated.
For your meals, the independent authentic kitchen is fully equipped and gives access to the terrace with its electric BBQ for your outdoor cooking.
On the 1st floor, the hall leads to four independent bedrooms, each with their own fireplace and private balcony as well as cupboard and new bedding for your greatest comfort. The master bedroom with a breathtaking view of the basin, has a king size bed, a spacious shower/bathroom with WC with magnificent old stained glass windows. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a private shower room. The third and fourth bedrooms offer a queen size bed and share a shower room with WC. A spacious office completes the third bedroom. All the bathrooms are new and nicely equipped.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90x200). A bathroom is adjoining. An ideal floor for children.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden and its large sunny terrace as well as the heated swimming pool (5x3m), the garden furniture and an outdoor shower. The house also has a shaded garden in front of the house, for pleasant moments of relaxation.
Easily accessible from the house or from outside, a fourth spacious shower/bathroom and a separate WC, as well as a laundry room complete this property.
