Positive: The location was convenient to downtown activities I was there for.
Negative: You are renting from an organization with zero flexibility. I had asked for checkin around 2pm, and was dropped off at the property. They refused to allow me in until the clock struck exactly 4pm on the dot, citing cleaners. There were no cleaners as I was standing at the property. Made me late for an appointment. Will not rent from this group again.
