Positive: The Shepherds Hut itself was very quaint with beautiful views across the fields to the sea. The shower was excellent, and with the kitchen having a oven and a microwave, that was a added bonus.
Negative: Don't want to be too critical as this holiday huts location is sited in a lovely and convenient spot in Anglesey, but this vacation took a noise drive as soon as we walked in. We have stayed in many different kinds of privately owned holiday properties over the years but this was the first time ever that there was no welcome pack to greet us after a long drive. I'm not expecting a hamper but surely a couple of sachets of coffee, the odd tea bag and a bit of milk is not asking too much, instead my first job was to find a shop. The owner had kindly texted us as we were travelling to the hut to inform us the id pad on the electric gate was playing up, so she had left us a electric swob key on the gate to allow us to get in as she wouldn't be there that evening...(very helpful I thought), except that was the last contact we had with her, as we never saw the owner the whole duration of the week we were there. No introduction the the next day or professional curtesy to see if everything was alright. We have stayed in many Shepherd Huts in out time but this was the first one with have encounted that had no proper chairs to sit on, just two tiny stools were provided, which meant we had to spend many hours sat on the bed for some kind of comfort.( this is totally unacceptable) and made the holiday very unenjoyable. There wasn't a single shelf in the property to put any of your essentials tidally on, and apart from working (with no problems) the first night the WiFi never connected again over the next six days we were there. I thought it was strange when I read the comments book that there wasn't many entries, maybe now I know why.
