There are several decks, water toys, hot tub, TV in master bedroom and a TV/VCR in the living room. Water toys include 2 paddleboards, 1 canoe, 1 double kayak, 1single kayak, all paddles and many boogie boards. The fireplace in the living room not usable. Gas grill. Pets are welcome. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning. Bed Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Twins, pull out couch in den.
