River's Bear Lair offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms for the ideal family vacation on the Ocoee River. Just minutes from the river's whitewater rapids and the 1996 Olympic Whitewater Course, this vacation cabin offers a two story deck with outside fireplace and hot tub.
This beautiful 5 bedroom cabin offers plenty of fun both inside and outdoors. Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious, open living area with fireplace and TV. The living area opens to kitchen and dining areas complete with fully-equipped coffee bar. River's Bear Lair has 4 King Bedrooms (terrace level king has a queen sleeper as well), and 1 Queen Bedroom. The bedrooms on the main level each have private doors to the deck. The game room offers additional living space and boasts a pool table and air hockey table for lots of family fun. WIFI is offered and a laundry room is onsite for guests' convenience.
Outside the terrace level deck boast lots of extra room to play games or enjoy the riverfront view. The decks feature covered dining space with an outside fireplace, a hot tub, rocking chairs, and plenty of space to relax.
With 200-plus feet of Ocoee River frontage and a small creek branch on the property, this vacation rental is the perfect location for a relaxing, fun family vacation. The home is less than 10 minutes from the whitewater rapids on the Ocoee River and the 1996 Olympic Whitewater Course. Shopping and Dining is minutes away in Downtown Copperhill, TN or Blue Ridge, GA.
Please Note: This home offers Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance guests vacation experience, this rental includes Xplorie, which means one free admission or rental everyday of stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer!
Please note this cabin is on a well system and while the water is treated, traces of sulfur/sulfur smell may remain. Guests should consult with reservationists if sulfur allergies exists.
Seasonal fireplace use is October 1 – March 31, and during those times 10 sticks of firewood is provided per night guests are here for wood burning fireplaces. If you burn through the wood left out for the interior fireplace you will be responsible for purchasing more. Guests are responsible for purchasing the firewood they use in outdoor fire pits or outdoor fireplaces. Firewood bundles are available for purchase at many local stores and gas stations or you can contact our office to purchase firewood and arrange to have it delivered before your arrival.
