New solid luxury vinyl plank tile floor throughout the condo. Two Bedroom, Two bath. The master bedroom has a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with built-in seat and grabs bars. The master bedroom has hurricane sliders to the Gulf side balcony. The second bedroom has 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The living room has a view of the Intracoastal, the corner unit provides plenty of natural light and there is a ceiling fan in both the living and dining areas. The cable package is expanded with a sports package and DVD player in the living room to unwind from a day at the beach. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The kitchen has all the amenities of a home with full-size stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the US and Canada. The Holiday Villas II condo complex amenities include a large heated swimming pool, secure coded elevator, and coin Washer/Dryer room on each floor. Two grills, one charcoal, and one gas for your use on the North patio. Free WiFi internet. Assigned parking space. Summary: This is a lovely condo in a very nice location. The view off the beach side patio is absolutely beautiful.The condo is spacious and well maintained. Access to the beach is very convenient. The ocean is just a few steps away and it was not too crowded. Overall, we had a nice time and I was happy that we found this condo on short notice during Spring Break, but if I am being totally honest I don’t think we will return. View from the street side balcony is nice to the distance but directly below the balcony is the pool area and just beyond that is the road which is pretty noisy when you’re sitting outside. The living room furniture is old and not very comfortable. The master mattress is lumpy. The biggest issue was a parking issue on a Sunday evening where someone had parked in our spot. There is no public or non reserved parking anywhere nearby for overnight, so we did not know what to do. We spent over an hour trying to find someone who could give us guidance on how to handle. We tried the property management company and the company that manages the parking garage multiple times. We finally called enough times were told to park in someone else’s spot and they would help Monday. We spent the eve worried about being in someone's spot who might suffer the same experience. It ruined the evening for us. No one from the property company called back the next day. At 622 per night (with fees) and I just feel like we should have had a better experience.
