Best of both with convenient canal access is perfect for kayaking, paddle boat, canoe, fishing or crabbing yet only a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants! Some features include 4 bedrooms with large second floor master suite including small kitchenette, 3 full baths, elevator, dual zone central air conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, WiFi and streaming, 2 screened porches, 2 decks, and gas grill. REMODELED FIRST FLOOR HANDICAPP BATHROOM WITH 36" ENTRYWAY (Shower not wheelchair accessible). Front load washer/dryer, refrigerator and grill!! Summary: Lovely property . Outdated kitchen over run with too much equipment stuffed in kitchen cabinets! Queen bed soft and sagged. In the middle! Too much glass to be touched by little fingers, and breakable nicknacks.
