Positive: Being isolated. It is a one-bedroom house. Owner lives five mins away.

Negative: All new electrical sockets were power size so none of our French plugs fitted . The new stair case was unsuitable for the elderly. Difficult to descend in the dark. (No upstairs loo) The WiFi password was not available. Owner did not respond to email message.
