Located on a plot of 2400 s.m split in two levels, the villa is built on the upper level with views to the sea and the beautiful Cretan landscape with its olive groves, herbs and mountains. It has an exceptional outside area with a large infinity swimming pool ( 54 s.m ) with fresh water and spacious terraces with sunbeds, parasols as well as trees offering amazing natural shading and breeze. Pool can be heated upon request in advance at extra cost. Basketball lovers will appreciate the basketball hoop (height adjustable)
On the ground level, there is a variety of fruit trees, such as pomegranates, lemon and orange, banana tree etc.
The villa is absolutely autonomous, completely gated and secured with an alarm system in & out, offering both privacy and security for families and/or friends looking to connect, relax and enjoy.

INDOORS

The villa has an area of 253 s.m spread over 3 floors. Entering the ground floor, you will come to a comfortable dining and living area, as well as a fully equipped spacious kitchen, all featuring either the pool, the sea or the trees around the villa. Direct access to the veranda and dining area for 12 outside, either from the living room or the kitchen.
On the same floor, there is a modern bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms
'' Beige room '' twin, can be converted to a double if requested, sea view with access to the pool and terrace.
'' Dark blue & grey room '' spacious twin where a baby cot can be added.

Right up, on the first floor, which can be isolated from the ground floor by a glass safe door if you wish so, you will find
'' Blue room '' double, with private garden view balcony and private bathroom
'' Green room'' double, with private full sea view balcony and private bathroom
'' Red room '' twin with an attic, with direct access to a spacious sea and garden view veranda ( shaded by choice ) plus private bathroom.
'' Azure room '' double, also with direct access to the veranda above and private bathroom. A baby cot can be added, if requested.

A fully equipped laundry room on the first floor, provides our guests a washing machine, drying machine, iron and sink.
If you wish to keep in shape, a gym with television is fitted out for you, on the lower floor of the villa, as well as a football table for our younger guests' fun. Backgammon, chess and other table games available too.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 600 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival and RETURNED back to our guests before departure after the villa's checking. Credit card can also be used for that purpose, just please be informed that it might take 7-14 weeks until the amount is available again into your account (it depends on the bank).

CLIMATE TAX: extra charge to be paid at the property in cash:
10 euros per night (not per person) from March - October and
4 euros per night (not per person) from November-February.
