I an inviting you to check out this beautiful home, located in the charming and historic Fountain Square just one mile southeast of the heart of Indianapolis downtown. It is one of the city's six cultural districts.

This is a completely refurbished home consisting of 3 floors. There is open concept on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has 2 beds and a private lounge area. The 2nd bedroom on the second floor is open to a patio.

Summary: The house is beautifully appointed and was even decorated for Xmas. The owner was responsive with minor things. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that it was bitter cold when we stayed and the heating only has one zone, the first floor was extremely cold and the third floor was way too hot. The owner was aware and indicated they are working on it.
