Summary: Excited about a girls trip to Florida booking this property. Excitement quickly deminished walking in & it was not as shown. Many issues caused us to question the facilities cleanliness. We jumped into cleaning mode purchasing cleaning supplies & taking all sheets & towels to laundry mat to wash. List of issues found: -Hairs on sheets -Old coffee grounds in maker -Dirty utensils in drawers -Kitchen sink dirty -No sink stopper -Kitchen needed swept/mopped -Painters tape around door -Not enough towels/cloths(3 towels/4 clothes - 2 people/5 days) -No hand towels -Futon not as advertised (see below) -Memory foam mattress stained & like quicksand -No kitchen towels/dish cloths -No salt and pepper(minor) -No utensils for grill We made several unintended purchases: air mattresses (sleepable beds), towels, clothes, & hand towels for enough. Purchases gave us less trip funds. Cleaning fee should be returned since obviously cleaning wasn't done before arrival & supplies had to be purchased to clean a mess not created. Would be appropriate to have additional money refunded to cover unintended purchases that should've been supplied since #s were known before arrival. The futon was advertised to sleep 1 person NO! Once laid out hard edges of two sections run down middle and hard outer edges. Why didn't we contact- 1.Didn't want someone there while we weren't 2. Didn't want to wait & miss limited vacation time. The issues needed to be addressed before arrival!
