Sitting on a oversized 1/4 acre lot just under a 5 minute walk from the North Table Mountain Northside Trailhead, the 1970’s style tri-level architecture encapsulates the modern furnishings of this home, nestled at the foot of the mountains. Applemeadow Park, White Ranch Open Space, and Downtown Golden are all less then 9 minutes away.
When you walk into The North Table Mountain Retreat, hang your coat in the entryway and make yourself right at home. Colorado’s world-famous sunshine floods the entire space, with plenty of artificial light to take over the job once the sun goes down. Durable plank flooring and warm furnishings accentuate the bright, cheery, open floor-plan. You’ll be tempted to sink into the two plush sofas and stay for a while. When it’s time for bed, two of the sofas fold out into additional queen beds. The attached dining room glows with sunlight from its own oversized windows and has spacious seating for 8-10 with an additional breakfast table for 3.
