Positive: It was peaceful with the trees around. Could hear birds all day around. House was big so it was spacious enough
Negative: This house isn’t for hot weather. There is just one split Air conditioner and that too towards the corner of house. Fans don’t do justice at all. Ground floor had moisture smell and difficult to sleep in because of no cooling. Outdoor was shabby and not cleaned. Spider webs everywhere and garden isn’t maintained. So couldn’t enjoy the deck and garden at all.
Summary: Our stay was alright. House was big but with the price tag there needs to be arrangements for all kind of weather.
