Summary: This house is just as listed. Great place to stay. Had family and friends come and go during our month and they all enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, amazing pool and hot tub and the canal access to both the gulf and Atlantic. It came with 4 kayaks that we used regularly. The ice machine met our needs for keeping coolers cold in the boat and for the required afternoon cocktails. Overall, a great stay, exceeded expectations.
