This Spacious one-story home is as dreamy as its own vineyard name, Flora Vina. Located in the Russian River Appellation, this vacation home has approachable luxury wine country living in mind. You’ll be tempted to linger longer in the spacious great room and open concept floorplan. This light, airy, vineyard views dwelling is complete with a private backyard inclusive of an outdoor kitchen, herb garden, bocce ball court, lounge seating, dining table, firepit and hot tub for you to enjoy.
The private home is set on over 2 acres surrounded by vineyards outside the city limits. We are approximately 3 miles to downtown Healdsburg. A car or rideshare transportation will be required.
Nearby J Vineyards & Winery, Rodney Strong Vineyards, Windsor Town Green, Russian River Brewery and River Front Regional Park located on the beautiful Russian River. Just a few miles from downtown Healdsburg, it’s a quick drive or bike ride to the Plaza wineries, restaurants, spas, and shopping.
This single story 2,136 Sq ft. home (3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms) is the ideal spot for a group of friends, newly-weds, couples and small families to come and experience the amazing Sonoma County Wine Country.
3 bedrooms (3 total beds - 1 King, 2 Queen beds) We have 1 queen air mattress and 1 king futon mattress for overflow beds if needed.

LAY-OUT SUMMARY:
Open Living Space with great room, kitchen, dining combined
Primary bedroom (1 King Bed) offers an oversized sliding door to the back patio areas and hot tub. A private ensuite bathroom offers a soaking tub with a separate shower and heated tile floor for a true spa feel. 2021 Samsung Smart TV
2 additional bedrooms (1 Queen Bed each) are located next to one another off the hallway and do not connect a bathroom.
Bath 2 is a full bath with shower located off the dining area
Bath 3 is a full bath with a shower/tub combo located in the bedroom area hallway.
Outside – we have an outdoor kitchen, full patio with outdoor couches, chairs, chaise lounges, globe lights, fire pit, bocce ball court, hot tub and seasonal herb and veggie’s growing in raised containers.
LED SMART televisions in the great room and primary bedroom. High-speed wi-fi included.
Attached 2 car garage includes an extra refrigerator for entertaining, 4 bike bike rack, bike tire air pump, king sized Futon Mattress for in house use and Juice Box Electric Car Charger (extra charge required for car charge). The garage is locked off without the extra fee.
This home's exterior is monitored and protected by Ring Door bells and Ring Security Camera/Lights. Front door has Ring Door bell. The House has a Ring Security Camera/Lights at each end of the house to monitor the driveway and fenced entrances to the house. There is no camera inside house.
