About the House
The quiet and green family villa benefits from its proximity to Vourvourou village, making use of its few grocery stores and taverns providing both local products and delicatessen.
On the outside, you may enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends under a wooden pagoda. There is also a balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast, or take your midday nap on the hammock, relaxed by the nature's sounds.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
Going up on the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single guest bed, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin. You can relax in the living room or drink your coffee on the balcony of the 1st floor.
On the 2nd floor there is a room with two single beds and a spacious balcony, from where you can gaze at the landscape.

About the Neighborhood
Vourvourou itself is not a typical village, with no square or little streets. Rather it is a 'strip' of shops and tavernas, almost exclusively seasonal.
You will find some very popular little taverns here, mini markets, and of course one of the best beaches in Halkidiki, Karidi!
Karidi beach is a little precious jewel in the crown of Sithonia, an exotic beach featuring white sand and rocks, a pine tree grove and turquoise water. Two little rocky capes create an unexpected bay in the eastern part of Vourvourou verifying the uniqueness of this place. The beach has a north-eastern orientation so it is protected from the south winds, so common in Sithonia during summer. Thus the water is almost always calm and warm and not at all deep.
