This property boasts stunning views, floating dock and small beach - perfect for swimming, kayaking and loon watching. The home sits on frontage land of a pristine cove of Toddy Pond - a beautiful, peaceful and natural setting. A firepit, lobster pot, grill, outdoor screenhouse, dock and free use of kayaks, canoes(complete with paddles and life jackets) provide an ideal setting for relaxation and entertaining. This open concept cabin features two bunk beds for six, a full kitchen, full bathroom, and private screened-in porch, a true camp life experience. The bunkhouse design doesn't offer much individual privacy but instead it is more of a cozy slumber party feel. The bunkbeds can be separated by curtains from the rest of the cabin. A short walk through the pines gives you access to the water views, small beach and floating dock and a chance to catch your own bass.
