“First Avenue Retreat” is a delightful double-storey family home in Cape Woolamai just a comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs is the large Living Room featuring a Bar (with bar fridge, coonara wood heater, 75" smart TV & sound bar) that provides access to Bedroom 1 (with childrens toys) and a dual access Ensuite/fully equipped Laundry (with shower, washing machine, clothes dryer & separate toilet). There is also internal access into the Garage/Games Room. Upstairs is the open plan Kitchen/Dining Room that leads through to the Family Room and a separate hallway that provides access to Bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR) and Bedroom 4, as well as a Bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.
Outdoor Areas
The Double Garage (with direct internal access plus access to the rear yard) has been converted into an incredible Games Room (with pool table, dart board, couch, 120" projector with Apple TV and amplifyer & speakers). There is a covered area to the rear of the Garage (with 2nd BBQ) that leads to the fully enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children and pets alike, with swings, monkey bar set & a huge spring-free trampoline. There is also a basketball ring on the front of the Garage in the driveway.
The first floor enclosed Deck runs along the front of the home and can be accessed internally (from the Family or Dining Rooms) or via the external front stairs (with gate), and leads to the huge entertainers rooftop viewing Deck (with gas BBQ, 3 couches and table & chairs for 12 people).
There is space for 4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the two driveways (motorbike parking may be possible inside the Garage by prior arrangement. The carport to the side of the home is not for guest use.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge (plus a bar fridge in the bar downstairs), dishwasher, 900mm gas oven and 5-burner gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the upstairs Family room and Bedroom 2, ceiling fans in bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, plus 1 in the Family Room, 1 in the Dining Room and 2 in the Living Room, plus one portable evaporative cooler (stored in the upstairs Family Room). There is also a coonara style wood heater in the downstairs Living Room (wood provided to get you started).
Bedding Configuration
This home has 9 beds, 1 sofa bed plus 2 extra mattresses, accommodating up to 16 guests:

Linen
