Large windows and open floor plan allow you to watch sailboats from the living spaces, sunroom and the master bedroom. If the pool deck isn’t enough for your relaxation needs, the boulder shoreline with two private beaches, sitting area and private dock are perfect to living the Innsbrook lake life to the fullest! Plus, private hot tub on the lower patio and new poolside gazebo with fireplace!
Need more places to play, try out the new Game Room above the garage, includes ping-pong, bumper pool, poker table and more! Plenty of open grassy space for a game of soccer, football or yard games make this a perfect place for families or reunions.
Outfitted by an updated country-chic interior with an open floorplan design, exquisite custom flooring, and floor to ceiling windows that provide breathtaking lake views. Fully stocked new kitchen features large granite counters, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and expansive island to keep you close to the fun, should you want to cook. There is a large dining table for dinner or board games. Patio furniture on the upper deck is ideal for dining outdoors while the gas grill on the lower patio is perfect for entertaining poolside.
